Are you using AOL?
If you are an AOL user and have a dialup connection, minimize AOL and use Internet Explorer to access the site.
If you have a broadband connection (DSL or cable), close AOL completely and use Internet explorer to access the site.
Do you have a software firewall?

If you have a software firewall, try shutting it down and see if you can access the contact manager. If you are able to log in, see if there is a way for you to enter www.emwsl.org into the firewall as a safe site.
Do you have an active anti-SPAM program?
Norton Anti-Spam interferes with the login process for the contact manager and should be shut down or disabled before access the contact manager.
